Skalapp DV for new Maxtrak

At the beginning of August we installed a new Maxtrak 1000SR with a Skalapp DV conveyor scale. The scale is mounted on the main conveyor and on the return belt for convenient monitoring of the final production of the machine. Thanks to the virtual belt function, the difference between the output of the crusher and the return belt is calculated automatically for the operator.
The data is of course transmitted via a mobile network to the portal for performance reporting but also for monitoring and remote service management.
Scope of delivery
- Skalapp DV scale including touchscreen unit
- Additionnal weighing frame for the return belt
- Weighing data transfer to Skalapp Online portal
